Shiftsmart uses your location in the background to help you validate that you were at your shift and ensure that you are automatically checked out of your shift when you leave the shift area. By using your background location to auto-check you out of your shift, we will prompt you to notify us if there were any safety issues or incidents that prompted you to leave.
